Our story

Progress you can see on paper

Brightpath began with a former junior high math teacher who wanted families to see real progress. Every parent receives a written learning plan with goals they can measure, and progress reports come home every six weeks.

Support for every grade and subject

Choose the subject your student needs, from math and reading to Alberta diploma prep, with support for ADHD and dyslexia along the way.

Math from grade 1 to grade 12, built step by step

Fractions, algebra and number confidence, taught one-to-one or in groups of three. Each lesson starts where your student is right now.

Stronger reading and clearer writing at every grade

Reading support for dyslexia alongside writing skills from grade 1 through grade 12. Students practice the habits that make a paragraph easy to follow.

Science that connects to what students already study

Tutors connect each new idea to the class a student is in now. Patient examples walk through every concept until it clicks.

Alberta diploma exam preparation for grades 11 and 12

Practice matches the exam format, question type by question type. Students finish with a clear sense of what to expect on test day.

Support shaped to how each student learns

Students keep one tutor all year, so the approach they learn stays consistent. Sessions are built around the way each child focuses and remembers.

Parents and students describe steady progress

“

“She went from crying over fractions to asking for harder problems. The written plan showed us exactly where the gaps were.”

Nadia F.

Grade 6 math

“Diploma prep lifted my Math 30-1 mark by eighteen percent. My tutor knew every question type on the exam.”

Owen T.

Grade 12

“The same tutor all year made the difference for our son with ADHD. She knows how he learns.”
